Established in 1980, Hong Kong, China Ice Hockey Association Limited (HKCIHA) is the national sports association for ice hockey in Hong Kong. HKCIHA is a registered full member with International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) and the associate member of Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC). HKCIHA is dedicated to developing, promoting and governing the sport of ice hockey and inline hockey in Hong Kong.
PART TIME OFFICIALS
HKCIHA is seeking to recruit the right candidate to fill up the post of PART TIME OFFICIALS to provide crucial operational and administrative support to HKCIHA. The role involves facilitating our ice hockey programs and handling administrative duties amongst other things. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of programs and effective communication with all stakeholders.
DUTIES
PART TIME OFFICIALS reports to the Executive Committee (EC) and (Senior) Sports Executives of HKCIHA and will be responsible for duties including but not limited to the following:-
1. Work closely with Senior Sports Executive (SSE) and Sports Executive (SE).
2. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the office-bearer and executive committee of HKCIHA.
3. Undertake administrative and clerical duties in the HKCIHA office.
4. Help coordinate with various parties to facilitate events and programs.
5. Maintain proper filing.
6. Perform Ad-Hoc administrative duties.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge in Ice Hockey will be an advantage.
2. Higher Diploma or above, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in related field.
3. Flexible, Hardworking, positive, proactive, responsible, good team player and people-oriented.
4. Good communications & inter-personal skills.
5. Possess basic computer skills.
6. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary will be HK76 per hour.
- Working hour for part time is flexible.
- This post is subvented by Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
