HKCIHA is pleased to announce the application for 3 on 3 Ice Hockey - 2026 "Run, Youth!" National Youth Winter Sunshine Sports Games (Women's born between 1st January, 2013 to 31st December, 2014)

3. Entry Requirements: (參賽資格)
- All Participants must hold a valid HKSAR passport.
(所有參加者必須持有有效香港特區護照) - Age : Players born between 1st January, 2013 to 31st December, 2014
(年齡: 出生於2013年1月1日至2014年12月31日的球員。) - All Athletes must be Registered Player of the HKCIHA
(所有參加者必須為中國香港冰球總會的註冊球員) - Valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents

6. Waiver Form: (免責聲明)
- All selected players must sign the Code of Conduct & Waiver Form.
(所有代表球員必須簽署球員守則和免責聲明) - Players under 18 years of age, require signed underage waiver by parents.

- Online Registration: Make sure to complete the online registration form as well.
- Sign the Declaration form and upload.

Attention Overseas Players:-
If you are unable to attend the 3 on 3 Ice Hockey, 2026 "Run, Youth!" National Youth Winter Sunshine Sports Games Tryout, please follow these instructions:
- Video / Information Submission: Upload game video(s) with a minimum duration of 5 minutes (video(s) shorter than 5 minutes will not be reviewed) along with your statistics. This must be done by completing the Google Form: https://forms.gle/cx3V1sqQS8C5tbvy5 before the Deadline for Application.
Important Note: If you do not participate in the Tryout or fail to submit the required video(s) and information by the Deadline for Application, we will assume you have withdrawn your application for the Tournament.
Deadline: All players must complete the online registration form by the Application Deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
海外球員注意：
如未能出席[2026年《奔跑吧·少年》全國青少年冬季陽光體育大會3對3冰球選拔賽]，請遵循以下指示：
- 影片提交：請上傳至少5分鐘的比賽影片（少於5分鐘的影片將不予審核）及相關統計資料，並通過填寫Google表單完成此步驟：https://forms.gle/cx3V1sqQS8C5tbvy5。請在報名截止日期前提交。
- 網上報名：請確保完成網上報名表格。
